RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is one of the hottest and fastest growing technologies today. To learn more about RFID, Concept2 recommends the following resources:

 

• If you are just getting your toes wet , EPC Global’s DiscoverRFID is a great place to start.

 

• If you want to dig a little (or a lot) deeper, RFID Tribe's "RFID Primer" is a great resource for both high level as well as deep-dive info (the RFID Technical Basics section will make you wish you'd paid more attention in Calculus, but fantastic even if you don't quite comprehend all those wavy lines)

 

• If you're looking for some answers or just want to peruse some interesting facets of RFID, check out RFID Journal's "FAQ" which contains an eclectic mix of topics from basic terminology to whether governments can really spy on us...

 

• For more about understanding RFID and the Supply Chain, Penn State Behrend's RFID Center of Excellence has a number of research articles including "Understanding Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and Its Impact on the Supply Chain".
